fencing can be an expensive business. Not so at Salle Rose.
When you first join, we operate with a two week free-of-charge trial period. You get to see whether fencing meets your expectations, and we get to see whether we like you: A win-win scenario. You can borrow all necessary equipment and need initially only show up in t-shirt, jogging bottoms and trainers. Should you wish to carry on after the two weeks, we will charge £22.50 per month (£20 for under 18s) which we prefer to have paid by standing order. This is to cover the cost of venue hire and the purchase of club equipment to help new fencers start off. Visitors (established fencers who want to give us a try) are charged £7.50 per evening, which again goes towards the hire of the venue. |

If you
decide you really like it, and want to invest in your own equipment, to
partake in competition fencing for instance, we can advise you on where
to get the best kit and deals.
That isn't cheap, but very durable and very worthwhile. |
